Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs

No, 9Xtream™ is not like Netflix™, Prime Video™, or other streaming services. Those services provide their own content, whereas 9Xtream™ is simply a player for streaming content from 3rd party content providers. You need a Playlist Subscription from a third-party provider to use 9Xtream™.

Please note: If your IPTV provider gave you the link to download 9Xtream™ or recommended using it, this does not mean they own or control the app. 9Xtream™ is independent of any content providers. It is just a player, so please do not leave a negative rating on the appstore for our app based on content/video issues.

Can't Play Content? Try These Steps:

  • Ensure you have added an active playlist from your IPTV provider to 9Xtream™.

  • Check if your IPTV provider's server is online and working.

  • Verify your login details or playlist link provided by your IPTV provider.

If everything is correct but content still won’t play, please contact your IPTV provider for assistance (not 9Xtream support).

Important Notice: If your IPTV provider recommended 9Xtream™ or provided a download link, this does not mean they own or control the app. 9Xtream™ is an independent media player and does not provide any content. Please avoid leaving a negative rating in the app store for content-related issues.

Here’s how you can get a free trial, depending on your device:

  • Android Version: Unfortunately, the Android version of 9Xtream™ does not offer a free trial.

  • Amazon FireTV: You can start a free trial when the app asks you to activate it after installation.

  • LG SmartTV and Samsung Tizen SmartTV: The app will automatically start a 5-day free trial after installation, without asking for any payment or personal details.

Note: The free trial applies only to the app’s premium features. We do not provide any Playlist or URL that contains content, channels, or videos. If you need a free trial playlist, you must request it from third-party content providers, 9Xtream has no affiliation with any such provider. Remember, 9Xtream™ is simply a player app and does not offer or manage any content.

Becoming a Premium member in 9Xtream™ allows you to enjoy the app without any advertisements and access all its features.

  • On Android and Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, AppleTV), you can get Premium directly within the app. Without Premium, you'll see ads, and some features will be unavailable.

  • For other platforms like FireTV, LG SmartTV, and Samsung Tizen SmartTV, after the free trial ends, you must visit our website 9xtream.com to buy a license for the app to continue using it.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your 9Xtream account on the official website of 9Xtream.

  2. Add funds to your account by clicking on "Add Funds" button on the dashboard

  3. Come back to the "Dashboard" and click on "Order License Using Funds" button

  4. Choose a license type and proceed.

If you have paid for your IP_TV subscription but your content is not working, please contact your IP_TV provider directly. 9Xtream™ is just a player and does not manage or control any subscriptions or content. We recommend reaching out to your provider to resolve any payment or content-related issues.

Remember, 9Xtream™ does not sell any content or playlist subscriptions. If your provider gave you the link to download our app, this does not mean they own or manage it. Any issues with your content should be handled by the provider you purchased from.

Unfortunately, no. 9Xtream™ is developed independently for each platform, so premium benefits are platform-specific. Here’s how it works:

  • Android Devices: If you purchase the premium version of 9Xtream™ on Android, you can enjoy premium features on all of your Android devices, as long as you're logged in to the same Google Account.

  • Apple Devices (iPhone, iPad, macOS): If you purchase the premium version on iPhone, iPad, or macOS, you can use premium features on all your Apple devices, but you must be logged in with the same iCloud account.

  • FireTV, LG SmartTV, Samsung SmartTV: For these devices, you'll need to purchase a separate license for each device through our website 9xtream.com.

We understand this may seem expensive, but it’s necessary to keep 9Xtream™ secure from misuse and to ensure the best experience for all our users.

  2. Go to the "Get Premium" page within the app.

  3. Start the payment flow as if you were purchasing Premium again.

  4. The app will recognize that you already own the Premium version and will restore your access, confirming you as a Premium user.

If you still have any issues, please contact 9Xtream technical team at [email protected]

When you install the 9Xtream™ app on your FireTV, LG SmartTV, or Samsung SmartTV, the app automatically generates a unique Device ID for your device. You can find your Device ID in two key scenarios:

  •  After the Free Trial: When your free trial ends, 9Xtream™ will prompt you to activate the app for your device and will show your Device ID on the same screen.

  •  After Activation: You can find your Device's ID in the settings in App activation screen.

You will use this Device ID to activate 9Xtream™ and to add funds to your 9Xtream.com wallet.

Note: Android and iPhone/iPad/Apple TV versions will not generate Device IDs since they can be activated from within the apps without visiting our website

If you’re talking about your payment for an IP_TV subscription or content playlist provided by a third-party service, please note that 9Xtream™ is an independent media player and does not sell or provide any content directly. We are not affiliated with any third-party IP_TV or content providers, and we are not responsible for their services, content, or payments.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Contact your IP_TV Provider: If you’re having issues with the content, channels, or subscription you paid for, please contact the provider who sold you the playlist or IP_TV subscription. They are responsible for the content and any billing issues.

  2. Check your Playlist: Ensure that the playlist or login credentials provided by the third-party provider are correct and properly added to the 9Xtream™ app.

  3. 9Xtream Support: If you’re facing any issues specifically with the 9Xtream™ player (such as app functionality), please reach out to our Support Team for assistance (preferably with screenshots).

We understand that sometimes an IP_TV provider may recommend using 9Xtream™ as a player, but this does not mean the app is owned or managed by them. Please refrain from giving negative ratings or asking for refunds based on issues related to your IP_TV subscription, as those are beyond our control.

If you've forgotten your username, password, or host URL, please note that these details are provided by your third-party IP_TV provider, not by 9Xtream™.

  • Contact your IP_TV service provider directly. They will be able to assist you in recovering your username and resetting your password.

  • You may check your emails for old emails if your provider has sent you the details in email.

Remember, 9Xtream™ is simply a media player and does not manage or provide login details or content. You’ll need to get in touch with your IP_TV provider for any account-related issues.

We understand that the "EPG Failed" error may appear when using certain IPTV providers' playlists with 9Xtream™. Since we don’t have access to every provider’s playlist, we rely on feedback and cooperation from users like you to help resolve such issues.

To troubleshoot this problem, we would need the details of your playlist. Rest assured that your information is 100% secure and will be deleted immediately after the troubleshooting and testing process.

If you’re willing to cooperate with us to fix this issue, please contact us, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

  1. Go to the Parental Control settings in the 9Xtream™ app.

  2. Select the categories (Live TV, Movies, Series, etc.) that you want to hide.

This feature is useful for filtering content to suit your preferences or for restricting access to certain content.

While 9Xtream™ will always use the maximum available internet speed, it cannot work faster if the server from your third-party IPTV provider is slow or experiencing issues.

Here are a few possible reasons for buffering:

  • Slow Provider Server: Even with a fast internet connection, if the provider’s server is slow or overloaded, it will affect your streaming experience.

  • Network Congestion: Other devices on your network may slow down the connection.

  • Device Performance: Ensure your device has enough memory and processing power for smooth streaming.

Remember, 9Xtream™ is just a player, and it relies on the performance of the IPTV provider’s servers and your device's performance as well.

Unfortunately, 9Xtream™ is just a player and does not manage or provide content. If you've lost contact with your third-party playlist/content provider, you’ll need to:

  • Reach out to your provider through any contact details they initially provided.

  • Search online for the provider's website or support channels.

Note: 9Xtream™ has no control or responsibility over the content provided by third-party IPTV services. If you're unable to reach your provider, you may need to look for a new provider to get a new playlist.

If you're unable to download content, it could be due to your playlist provider's server cutting the connection or blocking downloads.

Here are a few reasons why downloading may not work:

  • Provider Restrictions: Some IPTV providers block downloading of content from their servers for security or copyright reasons.

  • Connection Cuts: If the server cuts off the connection during the download, it won’t complete successfully.

Note: 9Xtream™ relies on the capabilities and permissions provided by your third-party playlist provider. If downloading is blocked or fails, please contact your provider for assistance.

To add or remove a channel, movie, or show from your favorites, please long-press (click and hold) on the desired item.

Payment Process for Android & iPhone Users:

For the Android and iPhone versions of 9Xtream, payments are processed through Google PlayStore and Apple AppStore, respectively. These platforms support credit card transactions directly. However, for other versions, we rely on alternative payment systems like PayPal. Unfortunately, PayPal is unavailable in certain regions, including Türkiye, requiring us to handle payments manually.

Manual Payment Process:

To ensure secure transactions for users in these regions, we provide two options:

Method #1: Using the "Add Funds" Section

  • Log in to your 9Xtream account.

  • Navigate to the "Add Funds" section.

  • Select a payment method (Wise, Binance, or Skrill).

  • Send the payment through your chosen method.

  • After sending the payment, click the "Submit" or "Process Order" button for review.

  • Our team will verify the payment and add the amount to your 9Xtream wallet.

Method #2: Direct Payment Link

  • Our team provides a direct payment link.

  • Complete the payment using the link.

  • Our financial team verifies the payment and manually adds the amount to your 9Xtream wallet.

This process ensures users in regions without traditional payment options can still enjoy 9Xtream’s services securely.
